AGE: You MUST be above the age of 16 to order a suit from us ON YOUR OWN. If you are under that age, a parent/guardian needs to be involved and talking with us.

REFUNDS: You can NOT ask for full refund after the first 3 months of your purchase! After 3 months from your original payment date you are not allowed a full refund. All suits come with free fix-ups, all you have to do is pay shipping.

DOWN-PAYMENTS: If you chose a payment plan for your suit (premade or commission), your first down payment is non-refundable (or only partially refundable). Reason for this is, we use the down payment (for commissions) to buy your fur and supplies like foam, glue, fleece, etc. If you've made a down-payment on a premade-fursuit, we can only issue a partial refund.

HEAD BASES: If purchasing a head base from us, you MUST give credit to us for the making of the base. If you claim to have made the base yourself you will be black-listed and blocked. It is not okay to take credit for someone else's work.

SUIT MAKING: No we will not imitate someone else's style of fursuit (Ex: MoreFurLess, Yamishizen, Dont Hug Cacti, etc.). We may be willing to work with a premade fursuit base! But we prefer to make the bases.

TIME: Yes, I (King) am in college and work a part time job, so suits may take a little longer to be completed. I (King) can currently only work on weekends or school breaks, unless I (King) have time after school to work on your project. So please be patient, updates are sent out as much as possible.
